Mitchell Smithey is our primary technician here at MSA. Not only is he an advanced professional player, he is a master craftsman. Mitchell's expertise is with assembly, and complex guitar setups. He will make sure that your guitar is setup to your exact specification, and is also full of great ideas for enhancing its playability, and functionality. He takes great pride in his work, and you can see the quality with every guitar that leaves our shop.
Mitchell also handles repairs and modifications to all of the Legacy models of MSA guitars.

Scott assists with inventory control, purchasing and web site maintenance. He takes care of getting finished guitars to their destinations. He also assists with some assembly and quality control.
Sonny is very much the brains behind the expert design at MSA, including CAD and electronics engineering. He is an ICON in the field of steel guitar design and concept and largely responsible for the reality and the introduction of the Tour Pro 10-6 along with Travis Toy. He has been with MSA for decades.
Woody has been with MSA for many, many years. He is the engine that makes things work around here. He is an expert machinist and is largely responsible for the creation of most all the parts that go into our guitars.
Blaine is the de-burr and glide specialist. He handles CNC milling, post off machining and oversees the fit, finish and assembly of every MSA guitar changer. He also assists Scott with shipping and getting finished guitars to their destinations.

Mickey Adams has been a major contributor to the pedal steel guitar community for many years. He remains in contact with players worldwide, serving their needs with tech support, teaching materials and advice. Having the technical skills to not only play a pedal steel guitar, but to be able to completely rebuild one from the ground up, puts Mickey in a unique position to assist you in selecting features, and setting up your copedent.His primary function here at MSA is to promote our products through social media, and at trade shows, but he is also available to answer any questions you may have regarding MSA Steel Guitars!
