MSActive 3 Band EQ System

MSActive is a built-in 3 band active EQ and Preamp system developed by our own Johnny Cox. Features include, Bass, Midrange, and Treble controls, designed especially for steel guitar. The midrange control is especially effective for those mids in the 700hz  - 800hz ranges that are often difficult to manage on steel guitar. Each EQ control includes a center detent in the flat response position.

The system provides a buffered preamp, boosting signal while allowing all the sparkle to come through. This is especially effective when using a passive pot volume pedal. MSActive keeps the signal from any pickup clean and crisp throughout the signal chain.  

Included is a bypass switch that returns the guitar to normal passive operation while switching off power to the unit. This system runs off the same battery as Lfrets, Aura Lites, and Tour Pro electronics. MSActive has an extremely low power demand, conserving battery between charges.
